From Tony and Bonnie Armstrong ~ Aaron was very punctual, considerate, friendly and kept us apprised of everything he was doing, including calling in advance for his arrival time which was greatly appreciated. His work is outstanding. He was very focused on the projects and his quality of work and did not waste any time. We needed to reschedule a portion of the project and he rescheduled within 2 days, not a week or more out, which completed the entire project within 2-1/2 days. We are very happy customers! We need to have more projects completed at a later time, and we will be calling on Hunts for those projects too, no question about it. Rich was great, showed up on time, answered all my questions with care and made sure I understood his answers without making me feel rushed. Thank you for going the extra length of getting on the roof to see if plumbing for a gas fireplace downstairs is feasible with the upstairs being wood without the need for a liner. Having a new furnace installed and operating the following day was very impressive especially considering the old furnace was installed before the sheet rock was up- thanks for getting it in without having to tear out the sheetrock. Rich answered my phone call or returned calls immediately. With real customer service so hard to find these days when I experience true customer service I am a repeat customer. Thanks for all the education on what I should be doing to ensure the furnace lasts a long time and how I can use fabric softeners as liners for the furnace grates as a way to prevent things from falling in the duct.

When Jason found out that I was on blood thinner and didn't have any heat in my house, he prioritized the repair of my furnace and told me: "You will have heat tonight" even though this was on the morning of a Federal Holiday. Jason came to the house, diagnosed the problem (TWO motors in the furnace needed to be replaced) and EXPERTLY did the job....and I DID HAVE HEAT THAT NIGHT! The next day, he called to make sure that the furnace was running O.K. So, if anyone needs to HUNT for a furnace, hot water heater, air conditioning repairman.....or needs a plumber, they should call HUNT'S PLUMBING.
